In groups of three, you have to create one snack for each day of the week (Monday to Friday). Every snack must be different. To complete the task you have to follow some steps:

- Create a list of 5 snacks you want to prepare with the food selected. (one for each day)

- Choose one snack and write the preparation. Do not forget to prepare it just with healthy food.

- Choose the day to present your snack and check it with your teacher.
- Prepare and explain it step by step in front of the class
- Do not forget that you have to explain the process and the reason why you choose it. IN ENGLISH

- Share and let us enjoy your delicious preparation with your classmates and your teacher.
Chef assistant: You are in charge of: presenting your team, naming the ingredients, showing them to the audience and keeping clean the spaces.
Chef: You are in charge of: Explaining the process of your preparation step by step, naming the products, the timing and how to present it to the audience.
Nutritionist: You are in charge of: Explaining the reason why they choose this snack, the nutricional facts, the place the ingredients come from and why is good for your body.
